Hello friends!
Today is another great day - the second day of the month, and on this day we continue to develop the proper attitude through the advice we get from great people. Today our mentor is William James, who was a great American philosopher and psychologist of the 19th century. Here is the advice he has to offer us:
Whenever you're in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude.
Attitude in this case means the way that you approach a situation. You can have either a constructive or destructive attitude. You can decide to fight, or you can decide to be the better one and try to fix the issue. The choice is yours - you can influence the situation through your attitude!
So what attitude are you going to employ today? Constructive or destructive? Either way, have a great day!
