But how was Ford able to accumulate all this money? Let's attempt to take a peek into the head of the genius, which Ford was:

Now, what did Ford mean by this? I think that he meant that concentrated and focus thinking is really difficult, but the rewards of it are also enormous. Concentration and focus - so hard to achieve and therefore so rewarding. So, I guess what Ford is trying to tell us is that we should not be worried by recession, depression, crisis or whatever - as long as one masters concentrated and focused thinking he will be successful. Why? Because there is simply not enough competition out there!
