It's been a while!
How have you been? I have been doing fine, thank you.
Every day I am feeling better and better, and this is not just a slogan :)
And what helps me to feel so good? I believe it is gratitude.
What is gratitude? Gratitude is isolating the good things in your life and expressing your thankfulness for them. In everyone's life there are good things. There are bad things, too. These are the things in our contemporary lives.
Many of us are not satisfied with our current situations. We want more good things. And we want to remove the bad things. So what is the best way to achieve that goal? Gratitude is its name.
The Law of Attraction, which many of you are familiar with, postulates that when you are grateful and thankful for the good things in your life, you attract more of those things in the future. Conversely, if you are complaining about the bad things in your life, you also attract them.
Now, let us remember our goal one more time. What do we want? Do we really want to achieve it? If so, then what do we have to do?
If our goal is to attract more good things in our lives, then we have to find the good things in our present lives and be grateful for them EVERY DAY. True, there might be only a few good things and they might be hard to find on bad days, but we have to find them. We need to always hold our goal before us and know that we can only achieve it by multiplication. If we can't find the good that is already in our lives, then we can't get more. But I am sure that you can find it, so no worries. Look for it harder :)
And lastly, I would like to introduce you to a great website, called the Gratitude Log. In it you can create an account and write every day what you are grateful for. I myself write there every day.
