The moment of truth!

Dear readers and friends,

The moment of truth in my career at my current employer has arrived. I have taken some steps forward and after the further steps I will take today there will be no turning back. I have been delaying this action for too long now, but the time to act has come. Yesterday I wrote down my thoughts in Japanese and thus I have produced a short speech, which I will present to my boss today. In this speech I express my desires and what I want to do from now. I am speaking honestly and claim my decision to quit the company and become an independent consultant, who will help me to develop their business to Europe. Now, let me take some time to speculate on how the meeting will go. My boss might become disappointed with me and feel betrayed, but I don't care. I will do everything possible to express myself as politely as possible, but I am speaking my mind clearly and this is for my own good and for the company's good as well. So I am proceeding with my plan with confidence and determination! Will let you what happened!
