Results is the name of the game.
Some people do not like to think about results. They do not like being too practical. But in the end, results are always what matters the most. It is our results that show us best whether we are doing well or not. So, what we have to do is evaluate our results honestly and take the necessary adjustments to get better results. Because yes, there can always be better results.
