Hello friends!
Here we go again, one more post for me here. Today I took some time to rearrange my blog a little bit with the desire to make it more user-friendly and more pleasant to visit. Please let me know how you like it by comments, or by simply joining my followers on Facebook. Thank you once again for your attention!
Now, let us proceed to the topic of today's post. It is on sungazing. What is exactly sungazing? It is looking directly at the sun with the purpose of receiving some of its energy. This whole sungazing business is like a science and I am not going to attempt to cover it here. I would recommend that to learn more about sungazing you watch the below video and any related videos you can find on Youtube. The person in the video is called Hira Ratan Manek, he is Indian, and he has proven that a person could live only on solar energy without the necessity of any of the usual food. So please see the videos and then you can decide for yourself whether to believe him or not, but do not be so arrogant as to dismiss his claims without even listening to his story.
Now, about my experience with sungazing. It is rather new. Of course, I have always enjoyed sunshine like most people. I have always felt best on sunny days and not so good when the sun is not present, both mentally and physically. However, it was only last month that I became really interested in sungazing and started reading about it. As I learned more about it, I decided to try it out for myself. Sungazing can be done only in the one-hour spans after sunrise and before sunset. More directions on sungazing you can find in the videos, but it is really important to be careful, as you might hurt your eyes if you do not do it in the proper and safe way.
So, I started doing sungazing every morning and every evening whenever the sky was clear. I immediately felt something, which could not really be described. I could not say that it was suddenly uplifting, but I felt that I was getting in touch with an unlimited source of energy. In fact, have you ever given thought to the fact that life as we know it would not be possible if it were not for the Sun? Seeing things from that perspective makes it easy to understand how sungazing could lead to an improvement of the quality of one's life. So what kind of improvements have I experienced? It is hard to say as the quality of one's life varies every day, but I believe that my health, both physical and mental, has been becoming better and better, and that I am now able to focus better and am altogether more centered emotionally. And I am sure that things would only keep getting better!
So, if you are interested, watch the video below, then do some more research and then if you like the idea, try gazing at the sun. And by all means let me know how it goes!
