Hello friends!
I am back today because I have a great message that I simply have to share with you before I go to bed. And this message is connected with Attitude, of course. The message comes from the great philosopher and author Ralph Waldo Emerson. Here is what he had to say about humanity in general:
The sun shines and warms and lights us and we have no curiosity to know why this is so; but we ask the reason of all evil, of pain, and hunger, and mosquitoes and silly people.
Interesting, right? This quote addresses the natural focus of humans. It reminds us that if we let our Attitude out of control, then it tends to be negative. This is like gravity. If you don't do anything to fight it, it will bring you down. Same with our focus in life. If we don't do our best to control our focus we will only see the bad things in life. And as you might have noticed, it is very easy to find the negative things in life.
So I suggest that we aim to develop control of our Attitude, which will allow us to see more of the positive things in life, as Emerson suggests.
