Stay hungry!
What, just this? Well, not just this, but it helps. In order to succeed, one needs to aim for a higher ground every day. And when is one aiming higher? You guessed right - when he is hungry. And hungry here should not be taken in the literal sense of the word, of course. Hungry means to be looking for bigger things, to be a challenger. The reason that we need to look to grow at any time is that at any single point of our lives we are either going up or going down. There is no middle ground. So the only way to ensure progress is to stay hungry and then aim for improvement.
