Dwight Eisenhower said what a leader is supposed to. A successful leader motivates his followers to do what he wants them to do for their reasons. But before he can do that he has to realize one thing about success. Success is a journey. A very, very long journey. True, the end result is important, but it doesn't come overnight and is not the purpose of the journey.
Success is a journey. What does that mean? It means that every day on this journey is successful. Every day that one keeps his vision and takes steps to realize it is successful. That's it.
