The five truths

Dear friends,
Here is some food for thought. Or thought for food? You decide...

The five laws of life:
1) Thoughts are things.
2) Our choices create our outcomes in life
3) What we think about we become
4) A positive mental attitude is the right mental attitude in all circumstances
5) Our mind can only entertain one thought and/or emotion at a time

So what do you think about those? Sound logical? Agree with them? Then I have a challenge for you. It is called the 30-day challenge. Live every day for the coming month completely following each of these laws in the positive sense. That is, always remain positive in every situation. If for any reason you lose your positivity, then you are back to square one. Sounds like a deal? Then let's give it a try!
