Hello friends!
I am sure that you are familiar with the phrase, which is the title of today's post. The first time I came across it was in high school and it was in connection with bodybuilding. However, the principle of no pain, no gain is true not only to bodybuilding but in numerous other areas of life. Most of the time we need to go through many hardships in order to achieve our desired results. Most of the time we dislike these hardships and ask ourselves whether it is necessary to go through so much trouble. Yes, I would dare say, it is necessary, because without difficulties we won't have improvement and growth. Without gravitation, we won't have controlled flight. Without pain, we won't be able to appreciate pleasure. I am sure you have some examples to add to mine. So I have a suggestion. Let's face the challenges of today with the positive "No pain, no gain!" Then, I am sure, our day will be better.
Let's be our best today as well!
