I am working on the biggest challenge right now. This challenge is called "staying positive every day, all the time." Sounds simple, doesn't it? Well, let's try it then! I have been pursuing this challenge for four weeks now, and I must tell you that it isn't easy. Ironically, when you have gathered inertia and feel invincible and think that nothing can stop you, some big trouble comes your way. Then negative thoughts enter your brain. So what to do in a situation like that? It is easy (at least put in words). You control the negative thought and replace it with a positive and self-empowering one, something that will help you get the most out of the situation. Worry is useless. Regret is useless. Over-analysis is useless. Positivism and forward-thinking are essentials.
These are the rules I have been following these weeks and I must say that I have been quite successful. I feel that I have grown a lot in these days of positive thinking, and this biggest challenge has been of great service to me. So I continue pursuing it! Will you try it too?
