Hello friends!
I have not been posting here much last week, but I wanted to give you something to start off this new week on a positive note.
I wanted to share the Enigma song "Return to Innocence" with you. While meditating this morning I reached the conclusion that our goal in life should be to return to innocence. No, we should not seek to become children again. Instead, we should seek to get in touch with the internal voice, which we lost communication with at some point in our development as social being. Society imposes on us all of its rules, prejudice, and what else not. All of these shift our focus to the outside and thus we lose touch with the inside.
And it is a pity, because there is so much untapped potential within each and every one of us. If we only knew how much exactly, then we would not waste even a single moment any more and immediately will seek to reconnect with our inner selves. Of course, it would not be easy, as many of you who have tried know. It is not easy for me either, but I keep on meditating every morning for one hour with the knowledge and belief that I will one day realign with my inner voice and be able to hear its message.
