William James is speaking of a revolution, a radical change in the way of thinking. He is talking about how people realized that they can influence their reality by influencing their way of thinking. The time period he is talking about is a little over 100 years ago. And I am wondering, do you see most people as following the suggestion of William James? I personally don't. So I think that the revolution William James is talking about is still about to take place. Perhaps it will be our generation?
